Q. How do I wash/ clean my new quilt?
A. Each Patch Quilts product is made from the finest quality fabric available to us. Over many years we have rigorously tested the best way to care for and clean our products. Based on our experience, we are extremely confident that if the care and use instructions attached to each product are carefully followed, you will be able to enjoy your Patch Quilts product for many years. Satin and/ or velvet quilts will have to be dry cleaned. Q. What payment methods do you accept? A. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS as payment options on our web site. This ensures that no matter the customer, there will be no restrictions on receiving payment. All options are available. Please contact us if you have any other questions regarding payment. Q. How do you ship, and how much does it cost? A. We ship via UPS. The shipping rate is 10% of order cost plus a $5.00 handling fee. If you need expedited shipping, please feel free to contact us and we will price out a custom shipping rate for you. |
