Q. How do I wash/ clean my new quilt?

A. Each SMR Quilts product is made from the finest quality fabric available to us. Over many years we have rigorously tested the best way to care for and clean our products. Based on our experience, we are extremely confident that if the care and use instructions attached to each product are carefully followed, you will be able to enjoy your SMR Quilts product for many years.

Satin and/ or velvet quilts will have to be dry cleaned.

Q. How do you ship, and how much does it cost?

A. We ship via UPS Ground. The shipping rate is figured by UPS at time of order according to weight and distance from Branson, Missouri where the manufac turer is located plus a $10.00 handling fee. If you need expedited shipping, please feel free to contact us and we will price out a custom shipping rate for you.

Q. How long does a backorder take?

A. Backorders may take as long as 120 days (4 Months). Products are shipped from South east Asia and depending on demand, it may take that long for our order to come in from our producers by boat.
